ACF Founder belongs to Nexo's universe: chibi body, scale, black outfit, emblem, and pixel-art language. The intentional difference is the face — hair, eyes, nose, smile, and beard come from the Founder v20 anchor.
Think of it this way: Think of two characters in the same game: they share art direction and uniform, yet remain recognizable by their faces.
How to read it
Use Nexo as the body, scale, and outfit contract.
Use only the v20 anchor as the facial contract.
Redraw the face as native pixel art; never paste a photograph.
Reject proportion, emblem, or identity drift.
Technical layer
Nexo's installed spritesheet was used as a read-only reference and remained byte-identical. The face was rebuilt at the same pixel density from the v20 anchor.
