Core idea
The final file is a visual table. Each cell is 192 × 208 px; eight columns hold frames and eleven rows hold nine states plus two direction rows.
Think of it this way: It is a spreadsheet: the row names the movement type; the column names the moment or angle.

How to read it

Rows 0–8 are states; rows 9–10 are the 16 directions.
